There are more cycles happening in our lives than we can really comprehend. As we go through these cycles, the dominant cultural lifestyle asks us to just keep going. Often times we actually need to slow the eff down though!

Because We Got to Integrate That Shit!
It's so much harder to learn lessons, deepen, understand, evolve and level up if we're just rushing past everything!
Integrating can take a lot of time. We don't always want to go through the steps to do it. Heck, we might not even know our steps to doing it!
As always, one of mine is feel the feels.
Go slow. (I have so much resistance to this at times!)
Allow the mental changes to take place, as this is where some deeply juicy things happen that change our lives!
