Living Your Truth: Values and Codependency

I love talking about Values!  I download my brain to you today on this topic, offering you many questions to ponder on your journey with values.  

I suggest the following:

1. List the values you can think of
2. Ponder where they came from
3. Determine how they make you feel and if you even like them
4. Shed what isn't for you
5. Discover what is for you, and begin making choices based on those values

I know I make this process sound very simple with just 5 steps, but I assure you I have much more respect for it than that!  The process of examining our values is really life long.  They change over time as our priorities change and as we learn more.  I think the intention is to always be moving in the direction of Living Your Truth.
