After calming your body and mind, ask:
All power and pieces of me that are for my highest good that I gave away to others come back to me and be integrated in my soul.
Then, ask:
All pieces of others that you took or received from them return to them (if it is for their highest good), and if it is not, that it returns to a higher power.
