Leveling Up your Energetic Set Point is awesome to have done. It feels amazing, and you have so much more trust, openness and possibility in life. The process of getting there can feel like a roller coaster, though!
There is a lot of shedding that comes with raising your energetic set point--meaning the usual place your energy vibration is at. Sure, there can be highs and lows, but this point is usually where you return to. Raising this point means life can get turned upside down. You can experiences losses you did not plan for (in relationships, jobs, how you perceive the world, housing, and many other ways), you could have more spiritual experiences and maybe not realize thats what they are. There could be more exposure to different ways of thinking, or have sudden interest in something.
Basically, it means you are going through a lot of changes in several areas of your life. With so much change going on, you may thing you are crazy--but you're not! You're just upleveling.
Raising your energetic set point can be accidental (meaning accidental to your human self, but that your soul is totally on board) or you can purposefully try and raise your vibrational energetic set point. Both feel like roller coasters.
