How to Uncodependent Yourself
Show Notes

A list of things to expect when unraveling your codependent parts is vital.  This one is in no particular order.  I certainly wouldn't consider it complete.

How to Uncodependent Yourself

  1. Realize codependency is a learned coping skill for a chaotic and/or traumatizing childhood or life.
  2. Know that about 1/2 the stuff on your plate and mind in life isn't your responsibility.
  3. Other adults are responsible for their own lives and choices.
  4. Learn the difference between where your life end and someone else's life starts.
  5. Get cozy with guilt and shame.
